Jim Morgan, son of Fred and Josephine grew up working in his parent’s downtown Newnan jewelry store. Jim’s passion for the business led him to further his education in the industry by studying at the Gemology Institute of America. While at the G.I.A. Jim became a graduate diamontologist, gemologist and business graduate.  He is also the only certified jewelry appraiser in the Newnan-Coweta area and is a member of the NAJA, a national appraisers association.

In 2004, Spence Morgan, son of Jim and Angie became part of the family business. Together they began the process of opening a second location. This would be the store Jim had dreamed of for years. Morgan’s “The Diamond & Jewelry Source” opened in the Forum at Ashley Park. This was all possible through the Morgan family’s faith and longtime planning.

Jim’s brother Jeff still runs the original Morgan’s jewelers located in the historic district of downtown Newnan, GA. Jeff is also a graduate jeweler with 25 years of bench work.
